Sikar, Rajasthan – The Rural Service Camps 2025, organized by the state government to quickly resolve public problems, are proving to be a relief for the villagers. In this context, at a camp organized at the Land Records Inspector, Gangiyasar, in the Fatehpur Panchayat Samiti, Sampat Devi, wife of Mahesh Kumar, a resident of the revenue village of Gangiyasar, submitted an application for a lease for her residential plot.
Taking immediate cognizance of the application submitted at the camp, the Fatehpur Sub-Divisional Officer directed the Halka Patwari present on the spot to prepare the necessary proposal.
In compliance with the instructions, the concerned personnel prepared the lease document at the camp site itself, and the complainant’s problem was resolved by issuing a residential lease of 209.66 square yards in the name of Sampat Devi, wife of Mahesh Kumar, a resident of Gangiyasar.
The complainant stated that she had been facing various problems for a long time due to the lack of a lease for her land.
Due to the lack of a lease, she was unable to take advantage of various public welfare schemes run by the central and state governments and also faced difficulties in obtaining bank loans. Now, with the on-the-spot issuance of a lease through the Rural Service Camp, she has found relief from all these problems.
